  • Dispatch Times: Our typical dispatch time of 24–48 hours is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Temperature-Controlled Shipping: For products requiring refrigeration, you are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method and ensuring you are available to receive the delivery promptly to maintain the cold chain. RX Lab is not liable for product degradation due to unattended deliveries.
  • Risk of Loss: All risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is handed over to the courier service. We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Due to the pharmaceutical nature and temperature sensitivity of our products, all sales are final. To ensure product integrity and safety for all customers, we cannot and do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been dispatched.
